Sales Team Leader | Key Responsibilities
Lead & Drive Sales Performance
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for your department.
- Support the Showroom/Markethall sales objectives and optimize commercial KPIs.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, following Active Selling and Meet & Greet principles.
Team Leadership & Development
- Select, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and brand reputation.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).
- Strong leadership, people management, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Greek & English; proficient in MS Office.
- 1+ year experience in a managerial role (preferred).
