Sales Team Leader | Key Responsibilities

Lead & Drive Sales Performance

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for your department.
  • Support the Showroom/Markethall sales objectives and optimize commercial KPIs.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service, following Active Selling and Meet & Greet principles.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Select, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and brand reputation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).
  • Strong leadership, people management, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Greek & English; proficient in MS Office.
  • 1+ year experience in a managerial role (preferred).
