Key Responsibilities

  • Sell company products, address customer inquiries, and resolve any complaints efficiently.
  • Identify and research potential clients to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Build and manage a prospective sales pipeline, ensuring proper allocation of leads across the sales team.
  • Schedule and facilitate in-depth meetings or calls with outside sales representatives.
  • Ensure all outreach efforts align with the organization’s sales objectives and requirements.
  • Accurately document and maintain records of all customer interactions and outreach activities.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
