About the job

We are working with a premier contract manufacturer specializing in sports nutrition and functional foods. Committed to innovation and quality, they partner with brands to bring effective and health-driven products to market. Our client is looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across Europe. Candidate can be based anywhere in Europe as this is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the sports nutrition and functional food sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment and successful launches.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
  • Set up, coordinate & execute specific account management tactics and plans (eg Sales Operational Plan, Account Plan) to realize agreed sales growth and overall customer relationship objectives
  • Develop and execute appropriate go-to-market strategies through direct and indirect channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science or Food and Nutrition, at least 5 years of direct B2B sales experience with proven track record/capabilities.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Communication skills.
