Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while upholding CHG’s core values.
- Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for team members and sales leaders.
- Provide coaching and mentorship through weekly one-on-one meetings, side-by-side coaching, role-playing, and other developmental activities.
- Report team performance metrics daily and weekly to senior leadership.
- Conduct individual performance evaluations for team members or leaders, taking necessary actions to address progress or results.
- Regularly prepare, analyze, and interpret team sales reports.
- Initially work as a sales consultant to gain an in-depth understanding of the business.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence sales consultants and leaders.
- Strong sales mindset with a successful track record of growing, managing, and maintaining a client portfolio.
- At least one to five years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a sales environment.
- A minimum of two years of experience in direct sales of products or professional services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a professional approach.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
