The Role You’ll Play
As a Sales and Marketing Leader, you will drive business growth by leading the sales and marketing function through the application of quality principles and strategic planning. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities across geographic regions. This role carries significant national or segment-level responsibility, potentially across multiple countries and locations, and includes authority to allocate company resources.
Key responsibilities include:

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

7+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a sales management role.

Experience in corrugated packaging sales is a plus.

Strong leadership and customer-focused mindset.

Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
