Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and personalized service.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to the management team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the transportation and logistics industry.
