Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating strategic plans for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiating contracts to secure business deals.
- Maintain detailed sales records and generate regular reports for management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking to promote services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
