Compensation:

Competitive salary starting at $85,000 per year, plus a generous bonus and commission plan.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Manage the sales office when the Sales Director is absent.
  • Provide weekly reports summarizing office activity and analyzing key sales indicators.
  • Supervise the pre-sales area (phone inquiries, walk-ins, kit responses, etc.).
  • Oversee sales programs to accelerate Priority List growth.
  • Assist with sales process management and key sales data tracking.
  • Support data entry and reporting, the move-in process, and event program management.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with community team members and the home office marketing department.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience required.
  • Team leader or project leader experience required.
  • Ability to develop staff through coaching and mentoring.
