Main duties of the Sales Manager role include:
- Manage the sales team
- Act as a hands on member of the team, generating new business opportunities
- Implement sales strategies and analyse trends
- Manage customer accounts and build relationships
- Liaise with customers on a daily basis and ensure their needs are met
- Follow up on leads and upsell where possible
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Sales Management experience
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be a strong and confident communicator
- Must have a full UK driving licence
