Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain a Sales Pipeline – Proactively reach out to healthcare facilities to schedule on-site appointments, showcasing Stericycle’s compliance solutions and expanding business opportunities.
  • Business Development & Prospecting – Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating expertise in regulated medical waste disposal, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance while effectively communicating Stericycle’s value proposition.
  • Win Back Previous Clients – Re-engage former Stericycle customers, understanding their needs and showcasing our capabilities to regain their business through strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Build Long-Term Client Relationships – Establish trust and credibility with both new and existing clients, positioning Stericycle as their go-to compliance partner for ongoing and future service need.
