About the role

We’re looking for our next Sales Executive to join the Growth and Revenue team in Northern England (Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds area). You will discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction

About the job

  • Grow our brand and market reach in the Northern England education market
  • Prospect and meet with the SLT across schools and trusts
  • Present Edpuzzle face-to-face at both schools and conferences
  • Help implement the sales process for the creation of a solid sales pipeline
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce) accurately with all the different opportunities generated
  • Achieve business goals and targets, managing OKRs, KPIs, ARR, etc
  • Help oversee daily operations, manage sales, and set performance objectives
  • Plan, evaluate, and optimise operations to seek out new sales opportunities
  • Ensure that company standards and procedures are followed in your region
  • Achieve a sales pipeline and grow user/customer base in the region
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Share and promote Edpuzzle via social media platforms such as LinkedIn/X

About you

  • Proven experience in a sales role
  • 3-4 years selling to schools (preferably edtech)
  • Knowledge of the education market and school buying cycles
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
  • CRM experience (preferably SF)
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Fast learner with a passion for education, sales, and technology
  • Ability to work independently to prospect and problem-solve how best to create brand awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with using social media to share and promote resources
  • Availability to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend conferences and company meetings
  • Posses a valid driver license is desirable
  • You are based in the Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds,Sheffield, York, Bradford and Nottingham area
