Company Overview
At DC Group, we provide comprehensive maintenance and emergency service solutions for all makes and models of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment dating back to the 1980s. Our expertise covers leading brands such as Vertiv (Emerson/Liebert), Eaton (Powerware), Schneider Electric (MGE/APC), Mitsubishi, Toshiba, General Electric, and many more.
Since our founding in 1991, we have grown to become North America’s #1 independent provider of critical power service and maintenance, offering nationwide coverage across the U.S. and Canada. Unlike original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), we go beyond standard service by sourcing and stocking rare, discontinued OEM parts, ensuring older UPS systems continue to operate at peak performance. With DC Group, you maximize the life of your UPS investment and upgrade only when it makes financial sense.
Innovative Technology for Unmatched Service
Every DC Group maintenance contract includes our proprietary PowerTools Suite™, a cutting-edge power management platform that is fully mobile and user-friendly. This advanced software enables clients to:
✅ Enhance efficiency with real-time insights
✅ Stay proactive with predictive maintenance tracking
✅ Seamlessly communicate and manage their accounts
✅ Achieve cost savings, with an average reduction of 25% or more on UPS maintenance
With a 100% service completion rate and a commitment to cost-effective, streamlined solutions, DC Group ensures uninterrupted power and peak system performance for businesses across North America.
