As a Brokerage Sales Specialist we expect you’ll have results-driven mindset and a hunter mentality. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving new business by developing relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The Day-To-Day
- Conducting cold and warm calls to onboard shippers as clients
- Coordinating and managing the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiating rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitability
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to clients
- Ensuring all operations comply with industry regulations and standards
- Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally
- Using transportation management systems for data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline transportation processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage sales, with a proven track record
- Strong operational knowledge of the trucking and brokerage industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
