About the job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving B2B sales, cultivating strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential B2B clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry associations.
  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients for the company’s products/services.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, present the company’s offerings, and showcase how our solutions can meet their business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their requirements and consistently delivering value.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct persuasive and engaging presentations or demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Customize presentations to match client needs and showcase how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals and secure contracts with potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements while ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Set and work towards achieving ambitious sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team for refining sales strategies and product/service enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
