About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
✔ Developing and implementing strategies to attract new business and grow market share.
✔ Supporting and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
✔ Leveraging company marketing tools and resources to promote our services.
✔ Meeting with clients and potential customers, both in-person and virtually, to increase brand visibility and revenue.
✔ Ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
📍 Location: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Downtown Honolulu, HI. Regular travel throughout Oahu is required, and relocation is not considered.
Qualifications
✔ 2-5 years of sales experience required (Real Estate experience is a plus).
✔ Strong sales and marketing acumen, with a proven track record of success.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet sales goals.
✔ Must be comfortable with face-to-face and virtual client engagement.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 + Commission Opportunities
📈 Commission Structure: Earn additional income through incentive-based commissions.
