What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth: Lead your team within your assigned territory to secure sales, acquire new clients, and achieve revenue goals through strategic resource planning.

Lead and Inspire: Provide direction, motivation, and support to your sales team, ensuring they leverage the Salesforce Automation System effectively while maintaining compliance through a structured audit process.

Recruit, Develop, and Train: Identify top talent, hire, and mentor Sales Associates, fostering a high-performance culture with continuous coaching and professional growth opportunities.

Be the Face of ADP: Represent ADP at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and product demonstrations, staying up to date on our latest technology and solutions.


What It Takes to Succeed: Required Qualifications

Proven Sales Leadership: A track record of success in business-to-business sales (2+ years), with exceptional client engagement and presentation skills.

People-Centric Leader: A natural connector and motivator, capable of coaching and inspiring a team to exceed performance expectations.

Trusted Advisor: You operate with integrity, consistently delivering on commitments and building lasting client relationships.

Master Planner: Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities, prioritizing tasks to execute effective sales strategies.


Preferred Qualifications

While a college degree is a plus, it’s not required. We value skills and experience, including:

  • 2+ years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals, manage a territory, and drive growth.
