THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:

  • Lead and grow the sales team – player/coach, very involved in prospecting and carrying your own number + leading the team.
  • Drive business development, working closely with the executive team to scale revenue and expand market presence.
  • Regular travel required to the NYC office, allowing for collaboration and in-person leadership.
  • Competitive compensation package including a base salary and performance-based incentives.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • Proven track record in leading a small sales team at a data SaaS startup.
  • You must have experience having scaled revenue from $5M to $15-$20M ARR.
  • Strong experience in business development and managing client relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage company, with a hands-on approach to sales leadership.
