THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:
- Lead and grow the sales team – player/coach, very involved in prospecting and carrying your own number + leading the team.
- Drive business development, working closely with the executive team to scale revenue and expand market presence.
- Regular travel required to the NYC office, allowing for collaboration and in-person leadership.
- Competitive compensation package including a base salary and performance-based incentives.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Proven track record in leading a small sales team at a data SaaS startup.
- You must have experience having scaled revenue from $5M to $15-$20M ARR.
- Strong experience in business development and managing client relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage company, with a hands-on approach to sales leadership.
