Job Duties
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in building the sales pipeline while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Proactively establish, develop, and expand new business relationships over the phone with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Gain a deep understanding of an organization’s business objectives, challenges, and pain points.
- Identify new sales opportunities and effectively pass qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement strategic regional territory plans.
- Utilize internal and external technology, including CRM systems, social media, search engines, and press releases, to identify, develop, and manage marketing leads efficiently.
Job Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling.
- Confidence in phone communication and proficiency in creating targeted call lists.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills.
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology, Cloud, and SaaS solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced office environment, primarily behind a desk and phone.
- Capability to perform and excel under high-pressure conditions.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage daily tasks and long-term objectives.
- Ability to develop meaningful business relationships with IT professionals, prospects, and internal teams.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and meetings.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science.
