What You’ll Do
Guide customers through their buying journey, from inquiry to aftercare.
Provide expert advice on high-end homeware solutions.
Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service.
Handle queries via phone, email, and in-store visits.
Process payments, arrange deliveries, and manage product samples.
Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain high service standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a showroom or luxury retail setting (homeware, furniture, fashion, or interiors preferred).
A passion for customer service and consultative sales.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
Comfortable using computers and handling transactions.
What’s on Offer?
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum.
Holidays: 4 weeks, increasing to 5 weeks with service + birthday leave.
