Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:
- Provide each client with an exceptional and personalized luxury experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by keeping track of key milestones and preferences to enhance future purchases.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge and strategic clienteling techniques to exceed sales goals.
- Actively network to attract and cultivate new clientele.
- Collaborate with team members throughout the sales process, ensuring compliance with established boutique standards.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service and ongoing product maintenance support.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within the jewelry or timepiece industry.
- Outstanding customer service skills with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Familiarity with high-end watch brands.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
