Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that helps guests choose the BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership for their vehicle. Your goal? Deliver an exceptional experience and ensure every customer drives away happy.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome every guest with enthusiasm.
- Recommend & sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
- Provide outstanding service to ensure every guest has a BLISSFUL experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work outdoors and be comfortable in different weather conditions.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Load vehicles correctly & safely onto the conveyor.
- Perform after-hours site cleaning, including tunnel equipment, floors, walls, vacuum area, and walkways.
- Be a team player who supports fellow team members.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Sales Experience (REQUIRED) – A passion for selling and exceeding targets.
✔️ Energetic & Motivated – A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
✔️ Excellent Communication – Ability to connect with guests and co-workers.
✔️ Adaptability – Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
✔️ Physical Stamina – Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and work outdoors.
✔️ Flexible Schedule – Available to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Work Conditions
- Outdoor environment with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and car wash equipment noise.
- Exposure to vehicle fumes, cleaning solvents, dust, and gases.
- Standing and moving for extended periods of time.
