We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing remote team. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing client communications, processing orders, and assisting the sales team with daily operational tasks.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels

  • Handle customer inquiries and manage ongoing interactions

  • Process orders accurately and update sales records

  • Organize and schedule sales meetings and internal team calls

  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance summaries

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

 Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven customer service experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

  • Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar sales support role preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
