Job Description

Kostone Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role supports the Sales Manager by managing client orders and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our factories in Asia. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality service, managing the logistics of client orders, and supporting the implementation of streamlined sales processes.

Responsibilities:

Order Management:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in processing and managing client orders.
  • Track and monitor order statuses to ensure timely delivery.

Factory Coordination:

  • Communicate with the company’s factories in Asia to ensure accurate product shipments.
  • Resolve any order or shipment discrepancies in a timely manner.

Client Support:

  • Coordinate and send product samples to clients as requested.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on order status.

Sales Operations Support:

  • Develop and implement standardized sales processes.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing team workflows and ensuring operational efficiency.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, logistics, or customer support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent language skill in Chinese Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Experience coordinating with international factories or logistics teams is a plus.
