Sales Account Manager (Maritime SaaS) | Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Growth

  • Build and maintain relationships with Maritime and Logistics sector clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Engage with key stakeholders (directors, senior managers) to identify business needs and sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Development Representatives to leverage leads and insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to position our solutions effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager selling SaaS/Data/Tech solutions in the Maritime/Logistics sector.
  • Proven ability to manage a book of business, meet, and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze complex client requirements.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and results-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
