About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Cluster Revenue Manager to join our client’s dynamic hotel team in London. This role is crucial in driving the revenue strategy across multiple hotel properties, ensuring maximum profitability and optimal business performance. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will play a key role in managing pricing strategies, forecasting, and analysis to maximise revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor effective revenue management strategies for assigned properties to optimise revenue performance.
  • Pricing and Yield Management: Execute daily rate and inventory strategies based on market conditions, competitors, and historical data.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present accurate forecasts, revenue reports, and business performance reviews to stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, market shifts, and opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align strategies and drive revenue initiatives.
  • System Management: Utilise revenue management systems and tools to monitor performance, implement rate changes, and maximise yield.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by ensuring rates are competitive and aligned with guest expectations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in revenue management within the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with revenue management systems (such as Opera, Duetto, IDeaS) and property management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
