Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and engaged.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base by understanding their needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and gathering customer information for future engagement.
- Support product replenishment efforts to keep the store fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist with floorset execution, window displays, visual merchandising, and marketing placement as needed.
- Uphold company values, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
