Your Role:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with shoppers, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.
  • Product Promotion: Share detailed product knowledge, answer questions, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain well-organized, visually appealing product displays and restock as needed to ensure a polished retail space.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent our clients’ brands professionally, increasing brand awareness and building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Transaction Management: Assist customers with purchases, ensuring smooth and efficient checkout processes.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required—we’ll provide full training!
