Role Description

Therole of the General Manager at North Coast Brewing Company is one that requires initiative, attention to detail, effective time management, a broad understanding of restaurant operations, a deep understanding of the role the pub plays in the overall picture of North Coast Brewing Company, and a passion for guest service. The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant including the bar, dining room and Sequoia room. You will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies. You will ensure that the staff remain compliant with all local, state and federal laws.

Qualifications

  • 2 -4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility
  • P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
