HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a large Healthcare Network in Sartell, MN.
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
- The RSM will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff alongside the facility director – includes staffing, coaching, and new hire training.
- This RN plays a vital role in maintaining relationships with residents families and ensuring compliance with residents initial and ongoing assessments.
- Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm (the team is open to a 4×10 scheduled if preferred)
- On-call every 4th weekend for staffing only – scheduler on staff to tackle staffing issues but RSM may be contacted for support if needed. Flex time offered if on-call requires going on-site.

Required Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
- Active RN license in Minnesota and/or compact license
- Interpersonal and training skills
- Leadership experience not a requirement! This team is very willing to train a motivated RN looking to gain leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
- Leadership experience
- Assisted Living/LTC experience
