The House of Mercier is seeking a motivated Remote Office Assistant to join our team! This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work from home while supporting our daily operations. As a Remote Office Assistant, you will assist with various administrative tasks to help our team function efficiently. Responsibilities
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management
- Manage communications through email and phone to ensure timely responses to inquiries
- Organize and maintain files and records digitally for easy access and reference
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
- Help coordinate meetings and calendar events for the team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving administrative processes
Requirements
- No prior experience is required for this position; we welcome beginners
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for efficient remote work
