The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is dedicated to preventing homelessness and creating lasting solutions for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness throughout Colorado.

Our Impact
For over 40 years, the Coalition has been a state and national leader in developing integrated healthcare, housing, and support programs. Our comprehensive approach tackles both the root causes and long-term consequences of homelessness, assisting more than 18,000 individuals and families annually.
