What You’ll Do:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care during patient visits, including addressing chief complaints, recording vital signs, gathering health histories, and entering data into the EMR.

Conduct phone triage to assess patient concerns and guide them to appropriate care.

Assist with diagnostic procedures, initiate IVs as ordered, and educate patients about procedures and medications.

Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans, coordinate referrals, and offer patient education on medications and side effects.
What You’ll Need:

Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing.

Active WA State RN license.
-
If licensed in an NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact) state, proof of residence and license is required.

Suicide prevention training must be completed during the first week of onboarding.

If relocating to Washington, a WA RN license must be obtained within six months of hire.

BCLS certification within 90 days of hire (ACLS and PALS certifications preferred).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency at level 10 preferred – eligible for bilingual differential pay.

Training in Early Periodic Screening, Developmental Testing, and Women’s Health Exams is a plus.

Strong understanding of nursing procedures, medication usage, and patient education.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR systems.
