Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Health Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting workplace health and safety while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Develop, coordinate, and oversee the employee health program.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide clinical care and support to employees.
  • Prepare reports and actively participate in committee meetings.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advisor on employee health and wellness initiatives.
  • Contribute to educational programs by teaching, training, and facilitating professional development.
  • Act as a liaison between the facility, Workers’ Compensation, Employee Health Providers, and administrative teams.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisory, regulatory, or administrative personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia, obtained from an accredited institution.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or must be enrolled within six months of hire, with completion within three years.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in employee health and/or infection control preferred.
