You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the community.
You have clinical skills and knowledge of wound management, infusion therapy, palliative care, and chronic disease management.
Provide patient-focused, safe, holistic nursing care and work collaboratively with other members of our team
Ensure that nursing care provided to our patients is based on current and best practices to achieve successful outcomes
Continually assess, anticipate, identify and respond to new and changing needs of our patients
Certified as Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the CNO
Experience In Community Nursing Is Preferred
