Job Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) works closely with an established distributor network to execute sales plans along with key retail accounts in the celebration industry. The RSM will develop programs that will increase product placement with the distributor network cultivating sales opportunities at retail. The RSM will assist in developing retail programs and merchandising ideas utilizing strong retail experience offering a new perspective and solutions to grow the overall business.

The RSM will present all Everyday and Seasonal programs to the commercial team within each Distributor. Forecast and business plans will also be an expectation of the RSM to develop with each Distributor. The RSM will execute and coordinate sales efforts with internal departments with a customer first-can-do attitude. The RSM will increase customer satisfaction, increase market share and exceed sales goals. The position requires 50% travel and participation in trade shows and conventions.
