Our client, a global high-end food service company for fast-growing, high-tech corporations with a unique, personalized service and ingenious creativity, is looking for a Regional HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, employee onboarding & offboarding
- Compensation & benefits, performance reviews
- Compliance and employment laws
- Implementing policies and employee programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience working in a union environment
- Experience working with international team members
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Experience working in the food & beverage or hospitality industries, an advantage
- Can commute to Washington D.C. daily
