We are hiring a Regional HR Manager to oversee HR operations across our Northern Region sites. Based primarily in Manchester, this role involves regular travel to other locations, ensuring seamless HR support and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated HR support to three sites within the Northern Region
- Drive a strong HR culture aligned with GXO’s supply chain and people strategy
- Develop and implement site-specific HR and people plans
- Foster positive employee relations and collaborate with Trade Union representatives
- Oversee talent identification, succession planning, and leadership coaching
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong people management skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Adaptability in a rapidly evolving business landscape
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
