We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Gulf region.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for the region. Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Financial Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigating measures to minimize exposure.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with regional business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
