Your Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Scanning and electronically filing incoming documents
  • Supporting attorneys and team members with administrative tasks
  • Assisting paralegals with correspondence, organizing case files, and preparing legal documents under attorney supervision

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 2+ years in a receptionist/assistant role within a legal or professional office
  • Customer Service: 2+ years of experience providing exceptional client care
  • Skills: Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and empathetic listening
  • Professionalism: Polished appearance and conduct
  • Education: Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
