Your Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding calls using a multi-line phone system
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Scanning and electronically filing incoming documents
- Supporting attorneys and team members with administrative tasks
- Assisting paralegals with correspondence, organizing case files, and preparing legal documents under attorney supervision
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Experience: 2+ years in a receptionist/assistant role within a legal or professional office
- Customer Service: 2+ years of experience providing exceptional client care
- Skills: Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and empathetic listening
- Professionalism: Polished appearance and conduct
- Education: Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
