Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administrator at Chapman Windows, Doors & Siding. The Reception Administrator will be responsible for responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments for multiple team members, keeping the CRM up-to-date, performing general administration tasks, filing and uploading documents, and providing general administrative assistance. The role involves interacting with customers, vendors, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- General Administration, Administrative Assistance, and Office Equipment skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Professional Telephone Manner
- Experience in customer service or reception roles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
