Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in a clinical environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Basic proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to taking on new tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion when interacting with patients.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting.

Desirable Criteria

  • Secondary-level qualification.
  • Formal computer training or a related certification.
  • Willingness to pursue further education and training to enhance skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative in independent work.
