What You’ll Do

  • Take Charge of the Full Project Lifecycle: Be engaged from pre-sales through to post-launch, ensuring every milestone is achieved, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Bridge Communication Across Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D to ensure alignment on objectives and maintain open communication with the customer at every stage.
  • Plan & Execute with Precision: Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), Gantt charts, and project timelines, ensuring both software and hardware deliverables are on track for success.
  • Lead Coordination & Oversight: Manage third-party contractors, installations, and testing while tracking key project metrics to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Resolve Challenges Proactively: Identify roadblocks early, create mitigation plans, and keep projects on course to meet every milestone.

What You Bring

  • 3+ Years of Project Management Success: Proven track record leading cross-functional, technical projects.
  • Industry Experience: Background in construction, facility management, real estate, or a similar field.
  • People-Centered Problem Solver: A “people person” with a strong technical mindset and a passion for building solutions.
  • Methodical & Process-Oriented: Expertise in project management processes, resource planning, and timeline management.
  • Customer Advocate: High accountability for client satisfaction, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree Preferred: BSc in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Water Engineering or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
