About the job
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Air Cooled Heat Exchanger manufacturing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and production teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to drive project success.
Qualifications:
- BS degree (Engineering preferred); PMP or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- 5+ years of project management or product owner experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project scheduling, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and analytics software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
