Project Manager opportunity in London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a leading main contractor, based in London, who are actively in the market for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. As a main contractor they carry out a range of modern and sustainable construction methods to the Education, Healthcare and Accommodation sectors.
As the Project Manager the role will be heavily office based with the required Site Visits.
- London Based
- £70K – £85K salary depending on experience
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Lead the Entire project life cycle from Preconstruction through to the aftercare
- Leading on the preconstruction design
- Programme planning and management
- Oversee and manage the subcontractors
- Oversee the Stakeholder management
- Working with the design team and Commercial team alongside the operations for the successful delivery of the projects.
- Liaise with the client and lead on the client relationship to maintain a strong and healthy workflow
- You will have the chance to work on preconstruction tenders
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- Strong Construction background working in a Project Management position for an established main contractor
- Previous experience working in the Education, healthcare and Accommodation sectors
- Strong client facing experience
- Good leadership and Communication skills
- Experience managing projects from Preconstruction to completion
