About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of our platform for our customers, ensuring their success in achieving their desired outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand customer requirements and ensure the timely delivery of our services. In this role, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers, as well as driving a positive customer experience.

The role is a full-time position, and can be remote based in the United States. Occasional travel for customer meetings may be required. You will work with a highly experienced and very passionate team, with interesting and varied work. Significant opportunities are available for a high performer in this role.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of EngageRM platform for new and existing customers, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure the platform meets their requirements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for successful delivery of our services.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Development to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the internal team to improve the platform and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in planning and design sessions with customers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage cross functional resourcing requirements and correct forecast to the business to avoid resource constraints.

Your must-have skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with project management tools (ie Wrike and JIRA) and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Highly desirable skills:

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Understanding of sports and entertainment business operations or industry experience.
  • Experience managing projects in the CRM industry.
