Disaster Proof Roofing aims to bring better roofing practices to Louisiana to protect the people and properties from disaster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Management:
- Order and verify material deliveries for accuracy.
- Document materials and installations using geotagged photos.
- Site Oversight:
- Monitor job site safety and enforce protocols.
- Protect property from damage and maintain a hazard-free job site.
- Client Communication:
- Act as the on-site liaison for client questions and concerns.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Create detailed production reports for each job.
- Review and update files with Customer Service Representatives.
- Warehouse and Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of warehouse, equipment, and trailers when not on-site.
Requirements:
- Legal U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the USA.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English): Fluency required.
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of hauling a tool trailer.
- Minimum 4 years of roofing experience with 3 verifiable references.
- Willingness to work long hours in a demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience creating reports and documenting processes.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Leadership experience or ability to work independently.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $18–$25+, based on experience and qualifications.
