About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in high-rise condominium projects in Toronto/GTA. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our construction operations, starting by supporting our existing team with contract administration and eventually leading a multi-million-dollar high-rise condo development.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a mature and skilled professional with a deep understanding of construction management and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the construction team in managing contract administration, with a focus on Contract formats.
• Provide support for ongoing high-rise condominium projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop, implement, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities.
• Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and risk management strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Transition into a leadership role for a multi-million-dollar high-rise condo development.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in high-rise condominium projects in the Toronto/GTA region.
• Proven experience working with Developer/Construction Management firms.
• Strong knowledge of contract Formats
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
