Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily operations for our project within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the hotel construction, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple aspects of construction and renovation projects while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, team leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of workers and subcontractors, providing clear instructions, support, and feedback.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to stay on track.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain project standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on site.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel construction.
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and work with blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction Certification
- Construction Foreman Certification (NCCER)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
