Role Purpose

Supports project managers and directors in overseeing, coordinating, and managing design and construction projects to align with the strategic objectives of BJC HealthCare.

Responsibilities

Oversees and coordinates the execution of minor design and construction projects.
Assists project managers in the development and implementation phases of various projects.
Helps develop, communicate, and manage project budgets.
Aids in creating, analyzing, maintaining, and communicating project schedules.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Associate’s Degree in Architecture, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

No prior supervisory experience required.
