Dotted Music is a performance music marketing agency dedicated to helping artists, music tech companies, music startups, and labels navigate the music industry through cutting-edge marketing strategies. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project and Account Manager to be the main liaison between our diverse range of clients and our team, ensuring exceptional service and successful outcomes in our campaigns. Dotted Music is a fully location-independent boutique agency that highly values work-life balance for all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the music industry, including various music tech companies, startups and occasionally record labels and artists.
- Manage client accounts, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and ensuring all client needs are met.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from conception through completion, coordinating with other team members to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects, gather feedback, and present results.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs and offering solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure that all client deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Provide insightful feedback and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project or account management, preferably in the music and/or tech industry.
- 2+years experience working with Meta and/or Google ads.
- Background in music production or a strong understanding of the music production process.
- Capable of reading and anaylzing data and presenting it as actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Passionate about music with a deep understanding of the current trends and challenges in the music industry.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
